Wise Hand Car Wash & Detail

Despite getting executive wash employee here is asking 5$ for bug removal… as a result he did do anything different than any other cars inside. I spend over 100$ a week here on car wash and their attitude is not acceptable. Only thing employee is saying “thats the owners decision i have the follow orders”. Been coming here for years but lately it has been not the best experience. I wish we had a different wash around Schaumburg, Elk Grove Village….

Very disappointed with the service. I came in for a full car wash, but after I picked up my car I noticed that the front of the car was not properly cleaned — there were still a lot of bugs left on it. I only noticed it after I got home, so I called to ask why it was not done. The person I spoke with told me that I needed to pay extra for that. My question is: if I paid for a full car wash, why wasn’t this explained to me before? Why didn’t anyone tell me while I was there, instead of giving my car back still dirty? I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect honest communication and good customer service. If something requires an additional charge, customers should be informed before the service is completed — not after. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend.

Terrible service. Been taking our cars here for a few years once in a while for a quick in and out car wash. The washes aren’t the greatest, but for a quick wash it’s fine. We normally take our cars to Northlake handcarwash (Two Brothers) but it is a 30 minute drive for us. Today, we took one car and he charged us $38 for a quick wash in and out. Car has rubber mats and they had salt from snow, he mentioned that the car was too dirty because of that. We then brought the second car, husband had cleaned it a bit, cleared it from random things, and as soon as we got in he said he would only clean it if we pay him $130. We didn’t go in expecting much from the car wash but a simple clean in and out. We left and went to Northlake. Owner is so greedy, and we will never return. I’ve attached the picture of the car, and how we showed up to the car wash, because I already know he’s going to comment on here making excuses and saying that we needed a detail.

The best service!!!! We came on a sunny ☀️ morning and they took us right away! We were able to watch the whole detail and the car looked phenomenal!!! Great attention to detail! 🔥

2017 Chevy Cruz. This place wasn't terrible. They did a decent job....if I paid $10. I didn't. I paid $38. It's considered an Executive wash. The vacuuming wasn't done properly. The windows and door jams weren't cleaned properly. Tire shine wasn't applied to completely cover the tire. I'd like to chalk it up to they were understaffed but that's not a me problem. You charge $38 dollars for a service which is extremely high considering i get the same wash for $20 bucks at Glitz in Chicago. I can't get behind this business at the moment. Maybe someday in future things will change. Update: Just noticed the response from owner. I never argued about price. I never questioned anything. I just let them do their job. The pictures speak for themselves. That's a $38 Executive wash. Go to another wash. This guy is a crook and a liar.
